Alumalux

The aluminium that is used to make Alumalux flooring is sourced from Europe. It is a simple anodised aluminium alloy and can be cast again without any complicated processing.

“The benefits of using aluminium in construction and industry are well documented, but this is a new chapter for this versatile product. Using polished and satin finishes we are able to create ultra chic flooring and wall coverings, in numerous thicknesses and tones. From aluminium parquet floors to glistening bathroom walls, the creative applications are endless.” – Fameed Khalique, luxury surface and textile designer.

The way it is cut by machine creates the surface texture – parallel veins which make every sheet different and which also reflect the light in different ways. Alumalux is a very resilient product, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and perfect for spas, swimming pools, water features or outside to clad a building. Honoured with a ‘Best of BDNY’ award, Alumalux was used to striking effect in the Clerkenwell London concept store.
